Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which onerobotics.com (the ‘Site’), operated by One Robotics Company LLC (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’), collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a ‘User’) of the Site. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by the Company.
Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-Personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
Web Browser Cookies
The only cookies this Site sets are the Google Analytics cookies described under Third-Party Services below, and they are set only if you allow them. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, so that it survives without tracking you. User may also choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert them when cookies are being sent; nothing on this Site depends on cookies to work.
Third-Party Services
The Site relies on the following third parties, each of which may receive information about you — including your IP address — when you visit:
- Google Analytics 4 — used to measure Site traffic. It sets cookies in your browser and assigns a pseudonymous identifier so returning visits can be counted. It is not used for advertising or remarketing. Analytics does not load until you allow it: visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is requested from Google — not even the script itself — unless the answer is yes. Wherever you are, the Cookies link in the footer lets you change that answer at any time. You can also block it with Google’s browser opt-out add-on. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page renders.
- YouTube — a few articles embed a video. Those embeds use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (
youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies unless you press play, and they are loaded lazily so that nothing is requested at all unless you scroll to the video. Google still receives your IP address when a player loads. See Google’s privacy policy. - Mailchimp — used to run the newsletter and product notification lists. If you subscribe, the name and email address you submit are stored by Mailchimp on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- DPD (dpdcart.com) — handles checkout and delivery if you purchase the book. Payment details are entered on DPD’s systems and are never collected by or transmitted through this Site.
We do not run advertising networks, tracking pixels or comment widgets on the Site. The embedded YouTube players described above are the only third-party content on any page.
Your Rights Over Your Information
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing jstrybis@onerobotics.com. You can unsubscribe from any mailing list at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
How We Use Collected Information
Company may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:
To improve customer service
Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
To personalize user experience

To send periodic emails
We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
How We Protect Your Information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. Aside from the service providers listed under Third-Party Services above, who process it only on our behalf, we do not share it at all.
Third Party Websites
Users may find content on our Site that links to the sites and services of third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
Company has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
